Managing Director - Mr. Michael Rouf

With a diploma in Hotel and Catering Management, 15 experience years in the catering business and including the success of the Dil'se Restaurant in Dundee, Michael brings all his passion to Balaka to make it the finest in St. Andrews.

Head Chef - Abdul Monem

Our head chef has been with us for 26 years and we credit him for our success. Truly a master in delivering the finest Bangladeshi and Indian cuisine in St. Andrews, if not Britain!

General Manager - Lawrence D’ Costa
