WHITE WINE 1 – 9 (dry wines – sweet wines)
A scale of dryness to sweetness, defined by the Wine Development Board using numbers one to nine, has been used.

RED WINE A – E (easy drinking – fuller bodied)
This guide uses a simple five point A – E scale. Wine designated with the letter A being wines that are easy, undemanding and quaffable. At the other end of the scale, wines with E grading are bigger and more concentrated with a greater sensation of depth and fullness.

This light and refreshing wine is produced from vineyards in the beautiful Molise region in central Italy. The elegant bouquet displays hints of ripe fruits and flowers. The palate is dry, soft and well-balanced with a full bodied floral aroma, dry but with crisp clean fruit.		 22.50
7 2 Sauvignon Blanc, Torreon de Paredes Chile
